Holiday Extended Return Policy
All orders can be exchanged or returned until January 15 2024.
What products are eligible for returns?
Products are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect sale able condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:
- Merchandise under $750 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise $750 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $750.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.
- Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.
- Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.
How do I return an online purchase?
Gm-tech2 offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:
- Start by printing your return label. Complete the return form and place it in the package, then drop off the package at the nearest UPS location. Additionally, you can arrange for home pickup.
- Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you.
What will my refund look like?
For online: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply.
What if I wanted an exchange instead?
